On Saturday, along with 375 other people, I took part in the St Albans Park Run. Now, I am a big fan of Park Run and have seen it grow, not just in St Albans, but across the UK. My first Park Run in St Albans was back in 2013, when the church bells were used to set off the runners. And I have to say in the last 2 and a bit years my running has not improved one bit....

Ok, I should have posted this a month ago when it was first launched on Kickstarter, but look at my last post. I have been busy. So, last month Pebble launched another Kickstart campaign to launch a new watch. The third in their history. And what great timing, a few weeks before the Apple Watch goes on sale. Would it be a success? The answer was yes. 78,471 backers pledged a record $20,338,986.00 to fund the new watch. It will start arriving...

It is fair to say that I haven't blogged in a while. There are a number of reasons for this, but the best reason is that we have had a busy start to 2015. And if anyone follows me or any of the team on social media, we haven't been that active on them either. But my aim of the next few weeks is to catch up on the blogging. And our social media. And also update our websiteAnd send out...

This year, The Tower of London was taken over with poppies. 888,246 ceramic poppies to be exact. This amazing  art installation was in remembrance to the soldiers that lost their lives in the First World War. The poppies started being planted on the 17th July and then every day up to the 11th November. It became an iconic display with crowds of near 5 million visiting. After the 11th November, each poppy was picked, packed and sold, with money going to charity....

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to spend 3 hours strolling around the Williams F1 factory. When I say lucky, I mean really lucky. These kind of tickets, due to the very secret nature of F1, really are golden and when I got the invite I was a little bit excited. We weren't really allowed to take any photos, but I kind of sneaked a few. See below.    ...

After 3 months of chats, conversations, updates and a few trips down the M4 I am pleased to announce that I have finally launched BeepTreat in St Albans. With St Albans Delivered "paused" and An Afternoon in the Pub being less regular, I needed something to keep my brain occupied. And working with my good friend Tom, BeepTreat has provided a really brilliant project. I have really enjoyed working on this and hope over the next year I can help BeepTreat...

Over the last few weeks I have been putting the finishing touches to the first issue of Style in my City, a St Albans based fashion magazine that was launched as part of this year's fashion week. With everything that happened during the week, the magazine was a very small part. However, it is a project that I was very proud to be involved in and an event that I was very pleased to have my name / company name attached...
