Matt Bigg:
Having worked in design, advertising and web design agencies since graduating, Matt launched the collective as a full-time business in 2001 in St Albans, Hertfordshire. Matt's other loves, apart from the collective, are his family, football and that on-going search for the perfect pint. Very into his twitter - http://twitter.com/mattbigg

Fact about Matt you did not know - He once won a skateboard competition back in the 90s.


Tom Palmer:
Tom is a BA Hons Graphic Design graduate. He is new at the collective and had previously spent a year travelling the world after leaving uni. Tom's passions include art, music, sport and of course, graphic design.

Fact about Tom you did not know - He once met the Queen Mother outside St Albans Cathedral.


Debbie Bigg:
Debbie Bigg is a very experienced project manager who has worked in print, design, advertising and marketing for the past 20 years. She brings a wealth of strategic, planning and delivery experience. She is the back bone of the business holding everything together from creative input to HR issues. And she juggles this with being a mum of 2. Amazing!

Fact about Debbie you did not know - She has double jointed thumbs
